SHIPPING POLICY
At present I am only shipping to the United States. Your item(s) will be shipped by your choosing via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority 1-3 Day or USPS Express 1-2 Day Service. Up to $100 of Shipping Insurance is included in First Class Shipping. Tracking is provided. You have the option to purchase additional Insurance. Insurance of $50-$100 is already included in USPS Priority and Express Mail Services. FREE SHIPPING on qualifying purchases of $30.00 or more Applies ONLY to Domestic First Class Standard Mail. Any upgrades are the buyers responsibility.
Once your payment is cleared, your item is shipped within 1-3 business days. Payment clearance can take 2-5 business days. You should receive your item(s) within 2-5 business days for First Class, 1-3 days for Priority and 1-2 days for Priority Express once shipped. This is only an estimate per USPS.
Custom, Bridal Party, Larger Orders shipping dates varies depending upon and according to circumstance
and situation of order.

You are charged only what I am charged to post your package, plus the cost of gift boxes and all materials to carefully pack your order.

Debra Ann Creations/Debra Becker is not responsible for any shipping delays once a package has left my possession or for any lost/stolen/damaged/non-delivered/misrouted items. Refund on shipping charges due to a delay will not be refunded nor for any lost/stolen/damaged/non-delivered/misrouted items if you did not purchase Shipping Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation to cover your order. Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation is highly recommended in shipping your package to ensure you are covered for any mishaps from the post office. Without it you can not recoup your loses nor is Debra Ann Creations/Debra Becker is responsible.

PACKAGING:
You will receive your item(s) wrapped in bubble wrap, enclosed in a gift box or organza bag, inserted in a plastic zip lock type bag and enclosed in a bubble envelope. Please know I take special care in packaging your item(s) but remember, once it leaves my hands I have no control.
DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Items will be shipped to the address listed/inputted on your account, unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. No refund will be offered in the event that an incorrect address was supplied. If the item is returned to me, due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
I do not ship to a third party address, hotel/motel rooms, any freight forwarding services or any re-shipping companies based in the United States with a US address. Those purchases will be cancelled and monies refunded.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the jewelry (event, special occasion, custom, personalized, vintage) and for hygiene reasons on certain items, I do not accept returns, but if you have an issue please do not hesitate to contact me, as I am more than willing to help.

In the rare event a return is approved for Exchange or Store Credit the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and re-shipping charges.
​
Custom Made to Order or Bridal Party Orders are not returnable, not exchangeable, not refundable nor eligible for store credit.
​
If any jewelry pieces have been tampered with/broken by you, you are not eligible for any refund, exchange or store credit.
​
If your package is delayed/lost/stolen/damaged/not delivered by postal service or delivery refusal you are not eligible for a refund/store credit/exchange. Once I ship, it is out of my hands and out of my control. Shipping Insurance is included up to $100 value on First Class Domestic orders and additional insurance is available to purchase at a very low cost. USPS Priority Mail/Priority Express includes $50-$100 insurance on their packages.

RETURN PACKAGING:
All returns must be in the same packaging and in the same condition as it was sent. Debra Ann Creations/Debra Becker is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process. So please be sure to package carefully.
Items received that are damaged due to poor packaging on your part will not be issued a store credit/exchange/refund.

INSURANCE/TRACKING RECOMMENDED:
Debra Ann Creations/Debra Becker is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged/non-delivered items and highly recommends shipping insurance be applied to postal charges when returning. No exchanges/store credit/watch face replacement will be made for lost/stolen/tampered with items. Refunds are not available.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEM(S):
Custom orders are not returnable. Including 2 or more bridal orders, family birthstone jewelry.
Clearance Items
Hair Accessories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. If you would like to exchange, re-design a certain piece or shorten/lengthen a previously purchased pair, this can be done, but the earring post or earring wire would have to be re-used for your exchange, re-design, re-size.
ALTERATIONS:
If you decide you need to return your item because you need to have something changed/fixed or changed for sizing purposes like shortening or lengthening, please Email me before you ship item back to me. Know that all return shipping charges will be your responsibility and a charge for me to return the item to you will be applied. Depending upon what needs to be done, labor charges may be incurred, especially if sizing is the issue and it is on your part of giving me the incorrect size.
PAYMENT METHOD
I accept all major credit cards through Paypal and Square. They are safe and secure to you as a buyer.
If you do not have a Paypal Account you still may purchase through Paypal as a guest. Just input the appropriate information.
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Items will only ship after full payment has been received and cleared. It usually takes between 2-5 business days for your payment to clear. You also have the opportunity to pay through Paypal's Pay Later payment option of 4 interest free payments.

All Custom Orders must be paid in full at the time order is placed. No labor or time spent on designing will begin, nor materials ordered until payment is received in full and cleared.
NYS SALES TAX COLLECTED:
Please remember NYS residence, sales tax will be added at checkout. By law, I am obligated to collect sales tax for the State of NY. If your tax rate is less than what is being charged, I will immediately refund the difference to your account.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION ON CUSTOM/MADE TO ORDERS:
If you decide to change your mind regarding a placed custom made to order, please notify me within 24 hours of your placed order, otherwise the item is considered purchased. If for some extreme reason you do need to cancel after the 24 hour policy, a cancellation fee will be applied.

MODIFICATIONS/CUSTOMIZATION TO MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
If you purchase a made to order item in the shop and would like it altered to your specifications such as a different bead, sizing, etc., and change your mind After the design has been approved and the item(s) are completed, know that you have purchased that design. Any alterations done after that will incur additional material/labor fees.

COLORING OF IMAGES:
I try do my very best to describe and photo capture each image as accurately as possible to represent the items true colors but computer screens, ipads, smartphones and all other screen devices can vary due to personal settings. This can alter the true color of items. People can also perceive colors differently, and shades of colors, can vary so much that coloring can not be guaranteed.

PRICE CHANGES:
I try to get the most affordable prices on supplies (without losing quality) and shipping so I can pass that on to my customers. That is why you will see some items so reasonably priced in my shop. But due to ever increasing costs on supplies and shipping, there may be occasions where you will see an increase in price on certain items in my shop, especially on the made-to-order and/or shipping charges.
